5. Challenges and Solutions: Realized the need to create physical hardware (the Orb) to solve proof-of-human challenges due to existing methods (e.g., camera, government IDs) being ineffective. This led to the development of a decentralized hardware manufacturing strategy.

 

6. Next-Generation Orb: Announced a new version of the Orb, with significant improvements:

• Rewritten software enabling faster verification.
• More efficient assembly with fewer parts.
• Enhanced AI performance using NVIDIA Jetson architecture.

7. Flagship Locations and Community Involvement:

• Established flagship verification centers in cities like Buenos Aires and Mexico City.
• Launched "Community Operators" to allow others to rent or buy the Orb for local verification.

8. World ID and Privacy: Focused on making World ID a secure and anonymous identity layer for the internet, integrating it with passports and driver’s licenses for online verification.
